Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking Relief Chefs to support clients across Clare on a temporary basis, offering flexible shifts and competitive pay. You will prepare and cook dishes to meet menu requirements, ensure food safety and hygiene, and work in a variety of professional kitchens.

Weekly pay and opportunities to broaden your culinary experience are provided. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment; contract catering experience is an advantage, and HACCP

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Contract catering experience is an advantage.
• Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training can be provided)
• Flexible approach to working hours

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with menu requirements
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Managing prep work, stock control, and cleanliness
• Working with different menus and dietary requirements
