Qualifications

• Background in customer service, call centres, or admin.
• Confident communication via phone, email, systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for driver and customer queries (phone & email).
• Booking services, repairs, and appointments.
• Keeping customers updated on progress.
• Coordinating with garages and suppliers.
• Updating internal systems and records.
• Supporting the team to keep vehicles and services running smoothly.
• Helping resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
