Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and close processes.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with large data sets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support month-end and quarter-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, and flux explanations.
Maintain documentation to support conclusions and controls.
Assist process improvements like templates and checklists.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve items.
Perform other accounting tasks as needed during the engagement.
