Shape Recruitment Limited in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a recently awarded €25M Office Fit Out project in Dublin's Docklands. The role focuses on delivering high-quality CAT A/B refurbishments while coordinating trades and managing site safety.

You will oversee on-site activities, liaise with architects, designers, and the client, and drive project progress within an established, award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Experienced PM or Senior PM with fit-out exposure.
• Ability to manage on-site coordination of trades.

My Client are all established Dublin-based Fit Out specialist with turnover to €80M+ and win awards for their finished projects year-on-year. I am hiring for someone to manage a recently awarded contract for a c.€25M Office Fit Out project on the Docklands in Dublin. This business are renowned for producing high-end CAT A/B office refurbishments for various multi-national business that are located in or locating to Dublin. They also take on large-scale retail and hospitality projects for prestigious Companies. The Senior Management team here are all very fair people that look to produce high quality workmanship. Over the last 5 years I have placed at least 8 people with this business level with each of these businesses and not one single person has left. 2 have had internal promotions since joining too. I know it's a great place to be.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on program, and to the highest quality standards. EHS, Document Control, manage and sequence multiple trades (joinery, M&E, partitions, finishes, flooring, painters etc.) to ensure smooth workflow. Attend progress meetings and act as a primary point of contact for architects, designers, and client representatives.
