Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking an senior operations leader to oversee client operations, regulatory execution and control discipline across its Irish and UK entities. You’ll lead and develop Client Operations and Client Delivery teams, support onboarding and launches, and partner with Commercial to ensure a smooth transition from contract to delivery.

The role also covers vendor oversight, regulatory engagement, control improvement and remediation, and distributor governance. Manage a small team of managers.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in operations, risk or regulatory execution within payments, e-money or regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Irish and UK regulatory expectations (CBI, FCA, DORA, AML/CTF).
• Track record of leading teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client operations and client delivery across Irish and UK entities.
• Support client onboarding and launches, ensuring smooth transition from contract to delivery.
• Drive vendor oversight, regulatory engagement, and control improvement/remediation.
