TOM People is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business in Dublin to appoint a Director of Finance Operations. You will lead accounting, reporting, compliance, and transactional finance across multiple entities, building a world-class finance function.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive automation, optimise processes, and partner with leadership to support strategic growth and decision-making.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
7–10 years of post-qualification experience including strong financial control and people management.
Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth PE-backed environments.

Responsabilités

Lead the finance function across multiple international entities, overseeing financial control, reporting, compliance, treasury, payroll, AP and AR.
Own the monthly close, group consolidation and management reporting for executive/senior management.
Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial and financial support to drive growth and performance.
Lead external audits and oversee technical accounting matters across the group.
Drive cash flow, treasury and working capital management.
Support M&A and integration projects as the company scales internationally.
Review key commercial contracts to ensure financial risk management and governance.
Champion continuous improvement using technology, automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and controls.
