Qualifications

• Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience.
• Drive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply.
• Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (internships and leadership roles count!).
• Fluency in Finnish and English

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Strategic Outreach: Engaging decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
• Sales Partnership: Working side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
• Market Intelligence: Conducting deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.
