Job summary

DADA MOLLY LIMITED is seeking an Indian Cuisine Chef to deliver quality Indian dishes, including curry and tandoori, to guests at KIISAAN in Dublin. Candidates should have at least 2 years of CDP experience and knowledge of Indian cuisine.

You will develop menus for fine dining, catering and takeaway; uphold HACCP standards; train staff; and manage stock. Suitable applicants hold Level 6 (Food Production) or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Essential: minimum 2 years in a CDP role.
• Minimum qualification: Level 6 (incl HACCP cert) or Food Production.
