Job summary

MBKS Distribution Ltd T/A Delhi Darbar in Lucan, Co. Dublin, requires 3 Chef De Partie with expertise in Indian curry and Tandori dishes.

Salary is 36,700 per annum for a 39-hour work week, full-time, with responsibilities spanning kitchen daily operations, menu creation, stock control, and health & safety implementation. Applicants should have 2 years’ experience in the role and a Diploma in cooking or hospitality management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Chef de Partie role focusing on Indian curry and Tandori dishes.
• Diploma in cooking or hospitality management is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and maintain quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers for food orders and stock management.
• Develop new dishes and menu items.
• Monitor stock levels and control food costs.
• Estimate costs and ensure procedures stay within budget.
• Implement health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
