Ashford Castle, part of The Red Carnation Hotel Collection, invites applications for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the George V Dining Room in its Forbes Five Star luxury property. You will support the Restaurant Manager to uphold Forbes/Red Carnation standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has substantial fine dining experience, strong F&B knowledge, and proven leadership with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Significant previous experience in fine dining outlets.
• Strong knowledge and passion for Food & Beverage.
• Experience in staff training, rotas, financial reporting and stock control.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering efficient, friendly and professional service.
• Monitor daily operations within the outlets.
• Lead the F&B service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Inspire the team while maintaining luxury five-star standards.
• Contribute to achieving hotel and departmental goals and objectives.
