Qualifications

• Significant experience in fine dining outlets.
• Strong knowledge and passion for Food & Beverage.
• Ability to manage cost controls (food, labour, etc.).
• Experience in staff training, rotas, financial reporting and stock control.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills and a calm demeanour under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager to ensure efficient, friendly and professional service meeting standards.
• Monitor daily operations within the outlets to maintain high service levels.
• Lead the F&B service in the Restaurant Manager's absence with a strong on-floor presence.
• Drive achievement of hotel and departmental goals with a hands-on leadership approach.
