Barden is seeking a Financial Accountant in Cork to own ledger and month-end close for wind farm entities. You will gain exposure to electricity market revenues, lender reporting, and treasury, with the potential to progress quickly within the business.

The role targets a recently qualified ACA with strong technical accounting, reporting and statutory experience, and offers broad exposure across management reporting and external audits in a growing energy portfolio.

Barden is delighted to be working with an established international energy business in Cork as they look to hire a Financial Accountant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will own the accounting and reporting for a portfolio of operational wind farm entities, from the general ledger right through to statutory accounts and audit.

It is a broad role for a recently qualified ACA. On top of core financial accounting, you will get hands-on exposure to energy market revenues, lender and covenant reporting, and treasury, which is experience that is hard to come by in one seat.

The breadth here is a big draw, and the right person will grow quickly with the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
