Job summary

Alliedtalent represents a growing Renewables firm in Dublin seeking a Finance Business Partner who can bridge finance and operations.

You will partner with project teams across large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects, challenging budgets and providing commercial decision support to help Ireland's energy transition. Recently qualified accountants with 0-2 years PQE are welcome and will have visibility to senior leadership and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified accountant with 0-2 years PQE.
• Experience in capital-intensive or project-based sectors such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction or property.
• Strong grounding in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Good technical accounting knowledge and tax awareness.
• The confidence to influence and challenge non-finance colleagues.
• Exposure to renewables, regulated infrastructure or multi-entity structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers and senior stakeholders to challenge budgets, forecasts, cost profiles and business cases.
• Provide scenario analysis and financial insight to support investment and project decisions.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and commentary, and support year-end and audit.
• Own cashflow forecasting, cost tracking and controls across multiple project entities.
• Support tax compliance, structuring and accounting treatment for development and operational assets.
• Help build and scale finance processes as the portfolio grows.

On behalf of a growing Renewables firm in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner.

Our client is looking to hire a commercially minded, recently qualified accountant who enjoys working alongside project teams and wants to play a real part in Ireland's energy transition.

You will sit close to the business and partner with project, development and leadership teams across a portfolio of large-scale renewable and infrastructure projects. The role combines financial control with commercial decision support and suits someone who is comfortable asking the hard questions.
