TOM People seeks a Finance Director to lead an international finance function, overseeing reporting, governance and controls across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong leadership, strategic insight and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders globally.

You will drive finance transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide performance initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience (10+ years) in a complex international environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial judgement and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
