Job summary

Trading 212 Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance in designing and operating the Company's Finance and Safeguarding Framework.

You will help ensure strong financial controls, safeguarding compliance, and regulatory adherence as a CB Ireland-regulated Payment Institution. You will lead reconciliation processes, regulatory reporting, dashboards for governance, and audits while mentoring junior staff and driving automation to improve reporting quality and

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in financial services or advisory with exposure to regulated financial institutions.
• Knowledge of safeguarding compliance and finance management frameworks for a Payment Institution.
• Experience managing third-party relationships and outsourced finance functions.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and complex reconciliations.
• Aptitude for leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical acumen in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and right first time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance in maintaining the Company’s FSF.
• Manage daily safeguarding reconciliation with four-eyes approval and risk escalation.
• Coordinate regulatory and statutory report preparation and day-to-day reconciliations.
• Produce dashboards and reports for governance committees and oversee third-party finance work.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and maintain process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth.
• Maintain a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
