Job summary

Trading 212 Money Europe Limited seeks a Deputy Head of Compliance to oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance framework for an Irish payment institution regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.

In this CF2 role you will deputise for the Head of Compliance, engage with the CBI and other authorities, develop and maintain policies, run the monitoring programme, and prepare reporting for the Board.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Law, Finance or related field desirable.
• 5+ years of compliance experience within regulated Irish financial institutions.
• Line management experience or readiness to take on such responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for Irish payment institutions.
• Deep knowledge of developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrable ability to use AI and other technology to enhance work outcomes with data protection and record-keeping considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the compliance framework and policies.
• Maintain and execute the compliance monitoring programme, including testing and remediation tracking.
• Maintain Fitness & Probity processes, pre-appointment due diligence, and annual certification.
• Maintain compliance registers and evidence base to regulatory standards.
• Provide regulatory horizon scanning and compliance advice to the Company and regulators.
