Job summary

Trading212 is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance in designing and operating the company's Finance and Safeguarding Framework. You will help maintain financial control, safeguarding obligations, and regulatory compliance for a CBI-regulated Payment Institution.

You will lead dashboards, regulatory reports, audits, and automation initiatives while mentoring junior staff and ensuring right-first-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional certification required.
• Experience in financial services or regulated institutions.
• Experience with safeguarding compliance and financial frameworks.
• Experience with third-party relationships and outsourced finance.

Responsibilities

• Support the HoF in maintaining and developing the Company's FSF.
• Manage safeguarding reconciliation process and highlight risks.
• Coordinate preparation of regulatory and statutory reports.
• Oversee dashboards and reports for governance committees.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and maintain process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Mentor junior team members and promote compliance.
