Job summary

Trading212 in Ireland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance in designing and operating the Company’s Finance and Safeguarding Framework. You will help maintain a strong control environment, oversee safeguarding obligations, and ensure regulatory compliance for a CBI-regulated Payment Institution.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) required.
• Experience in financial services or advisory with regulated institutions.
• Knowledge of safeguarding compliance and finance management frameworks.
• Experience managing third-party relationships and outsourced finance functions.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and complex reconciliations.
• Aptitude for leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and reporting quality.
• Strong analytical abilities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Attention to detail and right-first-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Company’s FSF in coordination with HoF.
• Oversee safeguarding reconciliation and escalation of issues.
• Coordinate regulatory and statutory reports and reconciliations.
• Produce dashboards/reports for governance committees; oversee external finance activity.
• Facilitate audits and manage information requests; document processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and promote professional growth.
• Uphold culture of compliance and operational excellence.
