ACCPRO in Dublin is seeking a senior financial leader to head the finance function and manage regulatory reporting for a regulated payments entity. The role includes budgeting, forecasts, statutory accounts, financial controls, tax, external audit and intercompany activities.

The candidate will also oversee safeguarding frameworks and reconciliations, ensuring timely regulatory submissions and financial compliance within a hybrid Dublin office setup.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience in a regulated financial-services firm.
• Strong experience in regulatory reporting and statutory accounts.

Responsabilités

• Lead the finance function and oversee financial and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management accounts and statutory financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with FRS 102, Irish company law and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Oversee financial controls, tax, external audit, intercompany accounting and cost allocations.
• Maintain Finance Policy and supporting procedures.
• Ensure Central Bank regulatory returns are accurate and submitted on time.
• Oversee capital, liquidity, cash management and financial-resource requirements.
• Oversee safeguarding framework, policy and procedures.
• Review and sign off safeguarding reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
