Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core finance operations, drive accurate reporting, and oversee month-end processes within a growing CPM Ireland business. Reporting to the Finance Director, the role emphasizes strong financial controls, business partnering, and development opportunities in commercial finance.

Key responsibilities include monthly management accounts, month-end close ownership, financial reporting, audit support, and team coaching, with exposure to strategic

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualified experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
• Experience working with a Shared Services environment.
• Excellent reconciliation and financial control experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
• Ownership of the month-end close process.
• Preparation of financial reports, analysis and commentary for senior management.
• Review and approval of balance sheet and control account reconciliations.
• Support the annual audit process.
• Manage, coach and develop a small finance team.
• Act as the key liaison with the Shared Services team.
• Review outputs from the Shared Services function to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and process improvement initiatives.
• Complete ad hoc finance projects as required.
