Job summary

Fortis Recruitment is looking for a Finance Director to lead finance across its UK and European operations for a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturing business. Dublin or UK based, the role is hands-on and at the heart of an ambitious growth plan.

The role covers monthly, annual and regulatory reporting across multiple sites, forecasting and cash management, controls, and driving acquisitions with post-deal integration, while managing lender relationships and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 4–6 years PQE.
• Experience leading finance in multi-site manufacturing.
• M&A and integration exposure; PE-backed experience a plus.
• Hands-on leader with no central finance function.
• Willing to travel regularly - roughly every other week.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, annual and regulatory reporting across sites.
• Lead forecasting and cash management.
• Strengthen controls across multi-country operation.
• Drive acquisitions and post-deal integration.
• Manage lender relationships and performance improvements.
