Fortis Recruitment is seeking a Finance Director for a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturing group with UK and European operations. The role is hands-on and central to an ambitious growth plan, including inorganic activity and integration work.

You will own monthly, annual and regulatory reporting across sites, lead forecasting and cash management, strengthen controls, drive acquisitions and manage lender relationships at leadership level.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with ~5–8 years' PQE.
• Experience leading finance in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial business.
• Experience with M&A and post-deal integration.

Commercial, hands-on and high-impact. This is a role for an ambitious finance professional looking to make their first move into a FD role.

It is for someone who wants to build and scale a function through organic growth and acquisition, not inherit a finished one.
