Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection is seeking a newly created Senior Finance role in Ireland. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will own the monthly management reporting cycle, deliver P&L, balance sheet, cashflow packs and KPI dashboards for shareholders, board and lenders.

You will partner with manufacturing operations and procurement, lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, manage insurance, costing updates, capex proposals, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE, ideally FMCG/manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting – ownership of the monthly management reporting cycle.
• Management Reporting – preparing pack (P&L, BS, Cashflow, KPI dashboard) for Shareholders, Board, Investors, Banks.
• Finance Business Partnering - to manufacturing operations and procurement teams, acting as key link to commercial finance.
• FP&A - budgeting & forecasting, working closely with Commercial Finance Team to report on and analyse variances (volume, price, mix, cost, FX).
• Insurance management.
• Standard costing - reviewing costing updates.
• Capital investments - evaluating proposals, monitoring and controller spend.
• Working capital management.
• Ad-hoc projects will be ongoing.
• Leadership – growing and developing a small team of Accountants and finance professionals

Candidate Background
