Dromoland Castle Hotel & Country Estate in County Clare is seeking a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor for The Fig Tree Restaurant. You will oversee day-to-day operations, work hands-on, and maintain high standards of personalised guest service.

The role demands a 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management, experience in 4-5 star properties, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluent English. Accommodation, full training, and wellbeing programmes are provided.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.

Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Fig Tree Restaurant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting Food and Beverage Team in managing day to day operations.
• Having specific Food and Beverage responsibilities, i.e. Restaurant, Private Dining etc.
• Being actively involved in a 'hands on' capacity.
• Ensuring the highest level of personalised guest attention and standards are being maintained.
• Ensuring open communication with Senior Management and Department Head.
• Ensuring operational training on a regular basis is carried out.

You will need to meet the following criteria:

• Have 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Previously have worked in 4 or 5 star Hotels with specific background in Food and Beverage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good ability to lead and motivate.
• A good "eye for fine detail" is essential.
• Must be a fluent English speaker.
