ICT Services is an Irish-owned IT solutions and managed services provider. We’re hiring a self-starting Field Services Engineer to cover Sligo and the wider North West.

The role involves multi-vendor hardware field calls, L1/L2 desk-side support at client sites, and a lone-worker workload with regional team support. Requirements include field or on-site IT support experience, hands-on hardware repair skills, a full clean driving licence, and strong communication.

• L1/L2 desk-side support at client sites in the region
• Lone-worker role backed by a supportive regional team.

Desirable:

enterprise or networking hardware experience, regulated-site experience (e.g. pharma), and being based within easy reach of Sligo.
