ICT Services is an Irish-owned IT solutions and managed services provider. We’re hiring a self-starting Field Services Engineer to cover Sligo and the wider North West.

The role involves multi-vendor hardware field calls, L1/L2 desk-side support at client sites, and a lone-worker workload with regional team support. Requirements include field or on-site IT support experience, hands-on hardware repair skills, a full clean driving licence, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Field or on-site IT support experience.
• Hands-on hardware repair skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working alone.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Windows support, imaging and OS installs.
• Hardware-level network troubleshooting, plus router and switch installs.
• On-call rota covering evenings and Saturdays.
