Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments across Ireland, including Dublin, Kildare, Limerick and Belfast.

You will install, maintain and repair instruments, travel with planned workloads, and sometimes stay overnight. A strong engineering background and willingness to travel are essential for this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification essential.
• Background servicing chromatography, mass spectrometry or similar.
• Full driving licence; happy to travel and stay overnight.
• Comfortable working autonomously to a pre-planned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair scientific instrumentation.
• Cover North Leinster, with occasional Belfast travel.
• Some overnight stays, up to three days.
• Monday to Friday on-call rota.
• Report into a Service/Engineering Manager.
