Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Business Development Manager for North Co. Dublin to drive SME sales growth and achieve revenue targets. You will work with the Sales Manager and team to develop new business, expand existing relationships, and deliver sustainable growth within the SME sector.

The role is a full-time permanent position with a 6-month probation, offering a €50,000 per annum salary paid monthly, and opportunities to engage with customers and stakeholders across the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or account management.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritise opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through proactive business development.
• Identify and convert new opportunities across territory.
• Grow existing customer accounts and increase value.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor and tailor solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract.
• Prepare proposals and commercial agreements in line with guidelines.
• Maintain healthy pipeline and territory plans for growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations and Finance for onboarding.
• Support installation, service and retention to ensure customer experience.
• Represent the business at meetings and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide forecasts.
• Ensure activities align with policies and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and experience.
