Job summary

Blackberry Hearing is seeking a dynamic part-time field-based professional for business development and community engagement across Munster. You will conduct mobile hearing screenings, build referral partnerships, and drive growth through proactive outreach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or business development, possess a valid driver's license, and have strong communication skills. Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, and organized with a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or promotions.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Comfortable with outreach, events, and public engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobile hearing screenings across pharmacy, retail, and healthcare locations.
• Generate qualified leads and secure assessment bookings.
• Identify and onboard new referral partners (GPs, pharmacies, clinics).
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Represent Blackberry Hearing at events and community engagements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
