E‑Frontiers, a leading Irish-owned packaging solutions provider, is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth across Dublin and surrounding counties. This field-based role offers autonomy to develop your territory, with mentoring from senior leadership and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• 3-5+ years' experience in business development, field sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience within the packaging industry is highly desirable, with corrugated packaging or carton box experience being advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing opportunities through to close.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted commercial partner.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting.
