Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our Irish sales team. This field-based role blends account management, relationship building and business development, with regular customer visits to understand objectives and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated and highly organised.
• Full Irish driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Ability to attend the Clonmel office as required.
• Experience in technical hardware or logistics/supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer challenges and objectives.
• Work with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered successfully.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity records.
