Scurri is seeking a self-sufficient Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 10-week fixed-term role in Wexford, Ireland. You will own the full recruitment process, from crafting adverts to onboarding, acting as the internal engine for talent attraction with agency-speed results across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Software Development.

• 1+ years of recruitment experience.
• Ability to drive direct hires without reliance on agencies.
• Professional representation of the company to candidates and managers.
• Strong scheduling, tracking and process execution skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging job adverts and post across social media, LinkedIn and local/tech boards.
• Proactively source candidates directly when needed.
• Conduct initial telephone and video screening to assess fit.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling with internal managers and candidates.
• Maintain a mature, professional image of the company throughout the process.
• Keep ATS updated, manage offers, and hand off to People team for onboarding.
