A Facilities & Technical Services Manager is sought to lead the delivery of integrated FM services at a high-profile educational campus in Athlone. You will manage a technically complex building, oversee contractors, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across hard and soft services.

Reporting to senior operations leadership, you will develop lifecycle plans, optimise service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety standards and contractual

Our client, a leading international Facilities Management provider, is seeking a Facilities & Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated FM services within a high-profile higher education environment.

This is far more than a traditional FM role.

You'll be responsible for managing a technically complex building, overseeing specialist contractors, ensuring compliance, maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence across both hard and soft services.
