Welcoming suitable applications for a Facilities Manager / Contract Manager for a leading international manufacturing site, operating a large, complex production facility in the South East (Wexford). Following the appointment of a new facilities management partner, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities & Technical Services Manager to establish and lead the site's facilities management function.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing FM operation from the ground up. Initially, the focus will be on managing outsourced soft services, implementing best practice processes and building a structured facilities management framework. As the contract matures, the role will expand into hard services, asset management, lifecycle planning and long-term infrastructure strategy.
Reporting into senior account leadership, you will act as the key site lead for facilities services delivery, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operation of the site's non-production infrastructure.
You'll play a pivotal role in transitioning the site from a largely reactive maintenance model towards a planned, data-driven facilities management programme, including the development of asset registers, maintenance strategies and supplier performance frameworks.
This is an opportunity to join a newly awarded account at a critical stage of its development, taking ownership of facilities operations and helping shape the long-term technical and facilities strategy of a significant manufacturing site. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to introduce best practice, build robust systems and make a tangible impact from day one.
