Job summary

Apleona is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at our site in Carrigtwohill, Cork. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

The role involves managing multiple projects from inception through completion, supporting renovations and upgrades, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery in a GMP-regulated environment. A strong focus on quality and client satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
• GMP regulated environment or facilities management experience.
• Experience managing projects in a regulated environment preferred.
• M&E Project Management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion.
• Support renovations and upgrades of existing facilities.
• Facilitate reviews and resolve issues with cross-functional groups and external firms.
• Demonstrate performance in resolving critical issues while meeting timelines and costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and understand standard practices in design and construction.
• Ensure all drawings and project programmes are up to date and delivered on time and within budget.
