Job summary

CBRE invites applications for a Facilities Associate in Ireland. The role oversees activities coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

You will support property managers with repairs, maintenance plans and investments while analyzing data to improve performance and service delivery. A strong MS Office skillset and maths capability are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3–4 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems within own job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content clearly.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Advanced math skills: percentages, discounts, markups.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for escalated communications among landlord, tenants, and service providers; ensure procedures are understood and implemented.
  • Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
  • Review data from work order reports and present performance and progress status to management.
  • Review all work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
  • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
  • Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
  • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems; propose new techniques as needed.
  • Impact own team and related teams; suggest improvements to processes to boost efficiency.
