Job summary

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, support energy management, and follow procedures under supervision, contributing to reliable facility performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose issues.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with facilities systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for building code and safety compliance.
