Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Integrated Facilities Management business in Dublin. The role supports the UK&I Senior Facilities Manager, leading a team or vendors to deliver on-site services, budgets, procurement, and contract oversight.

The ideal candidate will have facilities management experience, strong budget and vendor management skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experienced in facilities management, property management, hospitality or related field.
• Knowledge of local health and occupational safety requirements.
• Experience in dealing with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services.
• Ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
• Strong budgeting and financial analysis experience.
• Strong people management skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team or vendor group to manage on-site operations.
• Assist in developing and sustaining a high-quality, well-motivated team.
• Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics within the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management processes per client guidelines.
• Monitor contracts to ensure value and on-time delivery and re-procurement when needed.
