Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide a comprehensive FM service across our client’s commercial offices and local authority sites. You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, ensure Safe Systems of Work, and coordinate contractor access and inductions to keep buildings safe and fully functional.

Qualifications

Electrical qualifications essential.
Strong building maintenance skills and knowledge.
Polite, welcoming and fluent English.
Full Driving Licence.
Awareness of health, safety & security issues.

Responsibilities

Issue and adhere to Safe Systems of Work for all activities.
Ensure self-delivery PMs are on time and compliant with statutory obligations.
Maintain 100% statutory maintenance compliance in the region.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external OCS and client colleagues.
Coordinate contractor access and inductions, issuing work permits.
