Job summary

ISS Facility Services in Dublin is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems across client sites. You will perform preventive tasks, support project work, and ensure safety compliance.

The role requires a qualified electrical trade, a full driving licence, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced facilities environment. On-site work with occasional adjustments to shift patterns and site access control.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical trade.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Experienced in maintaining commercial environments & providing hard services.
• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of building services installations including HVAC/Electrical & other technical systems.
• Familiar with BMS/CAFM systems is desirable.
• Health & safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems on client sites.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and fault finding on equipment.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and contractor coordination.
• Log tasks, keep maintenance records, and ensure safe tool use.
• Liaise with facilities team and manage access for subcontractors.
• Carry out weekly tests of fire alarm/bell systems and monitor BMS.
