Job summary

BAM in Athlone is seeking a Caretaker to maintain communal areas and support the delivery of major facilities management projects. You will follow cleaning schedules, perform light repairs, liaise with external agencies and ensure health and safety checks are completed.

• Basic DIY repair skills.
• Ability to liaise with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Keep the communal areas clean and to a high standard.
• Complete a cleaning schedule for communal areas.
• Regular Health and Safety checks on communal areas and report issues.
• Identification and reporting of repairs; order repairs as needed.
• Liaise with external agencies as required.
• Carry out minor repairs and routine maintenance.
