Job summary

The iNUA Collection Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of dining outlets, mainly in breakfast, meetings and events. You will lead the F&B team, uphold service standards and drive guest satisfaction across multiple venues within the group.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in hotel F&B, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to cost control and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising Food & Beverage in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and passion for memorable dining experiences.
• Proven ability to manage resources, control costs and maximise profitability.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B outlets operations (restaurant, bar, meetings/events).
• Supervise and coordinate F&B team activities and adherence to policies.
• Assist in training and developing F&B staff to maintain a skilled, motivated team.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with orders to meet needs while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with management to improve F&B offerings and guest experiences.
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure quality standards and identify improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
