Job summary

The Address Sligo is seeking a Food & Beverage team member to support the supervisor by serving guests and assisting customers while maintaining the highest customer service standards. You will take orders, upsell where appropriate, and ensure each guest enjoys a high standard of service across our outlets.

Minimum 1 year of restaurant or F&B customer service experience is required, with availability for early shifts starting at 6:30am and fluent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant or Food and Beverage customer service environment.
• Available to work early shifts (6:30am)
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and customers Food and Beverage whilst adhering to established service standards and procedures.
• Taking food and drink orders and fulfilling customers' requests accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of all menus and able to explain dishes confidently, upsell when opportunities arise.
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our outlets.
• Cleaning the outlet to the required standard and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
