Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd through Victoria Hotel in Galway is seeking an experienced bartender to join our busy on-site team. You will report to the F&B Manager and provide a friendly, efficient bar service to hotel guests, crafting cocktails and managing bar duties.

Prior bartending and cashier experience is essential. You will keep the bar clean, balance shifts, assist with deliveries and stock, and participate in training to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• Experience delivering high standards of customer service at a hotel bar.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed guests' expectations with cocktails and beverages.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, upholding sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain team morale and smooth service.
• Provide accurate, knowledgeable service of cocktails and beverages.
• Gauge guest satisfaction and offer suggestions as needed.
• Assist with bar deliveries and stock maintenance.
• Attend training as directed by management.
• Report and follow up on any equipment or maintenance issues.
• Ensure billing procedures are followed and shifts are balanced.
