Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Galway is seeking an experienced bartender for McSwiggans on-site to deliver an exceptional guest drinking experience. You will prepare classic and innovative drinks, interact with guests, and ensure high standards of service while maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar. Knowledge of a second language is a plus; a valid working permit is required.

Formación

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to remain calm in pressurised circumstances and deal with challenging situations.
• Participate in training provided by the Company.
• Ability to deliver high standards and consistency at all times.
• Adhere to all procedures and guidelines as specified in Employee Handbook and the Employee Safety Handbook.
• Must have a valid working permit.
