Job summary

Byrne Hotel Group's Victoria Hotel in Galway is seeking an Experienced Bartender to join a busy team. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests and ensure high standards of cocktail and beverage presentation.

Responsibilities include keeping the bar clean, maintaining sanitation, coordinating with colleagues, handling stock and deliveries, processing guest billing, and attending training as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and cashiering is required.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding guests' expectations regarding cocktails and beverages.
• Keeping the bar area clean and organised, maintaining sanitation standards.
• Co-operation and good communication with colleagues to maintain team morale.
• Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable service of cocktails and beverages to all guests.
• Assisting with bar deliveries and stock maintenance.
• Attending training as deemed necessary by management.
• Reporting and following up on maintenance issues for equipment.
