Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to manage healthcare professional inquiries and support pharma programs across Ireland. You will liaise with Project Management, regulatory, quality and supply chain teams to ensure accurate qualification, enrolment and order processing.

The role requires experience with Outlook and Excel, familiarity with ERP and CRM tools, and the ability to multitask in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Education: ideally degree level.
  • Experience: pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel (Intermediate).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or D365 is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and triage HCP enquiries via program inboxes and phone lines.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to understand KPIs and deliverables.
  • Support prescribing physicians and pharmacists with general enquiries, escalate medical queries as needed.
  • Manage qualification processes per SOPs and GDP for HCPs and hospitals.
  • Oversee hospital and wholesaler accounts with Quality and Finance for setup/revalidation.
  • Manage new HCP requests and patient enrolment per regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and supply chain standards.
  • Process sales orders through ERP for billing purposes.
  • Liaise with warehouse for picking/packing/shipping and documentation.
  • Book couriers, manage shipments and storage conditions.
  • Assist with client reporting and order tracking updates.
  • Issue invoices and assist with cost updates for billing.
  • Liaise with finance for overdue reconciliations.
