Job summary

Unipharmedtech is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage Healthcare Professional enquiries and coordinate with Project Management on program KPIs. You will support physicians and pharmacists, handle HCP registrations and patient enrolment, and ensure GDP/compliance across regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities include order processing in ERP for billing, logistics coordination with warehouses, courier bookings, and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Education ideally at degree level.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel (Intermediate). ERP systems such as SAP or D365 are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Professional enquiries management via program inboxes and phone lines.
• Collaborate with Project Management to understand KPIs and deliverables.
• Support physicians and pharmacists with enquiries and escalate medical queries as needed.
• Manage qualification processes per SOPs and GDP for HCPs/hospitals.
• Oversee hospital/wholesaler accounts and coordinate with Quality/Finance.
• Handle HCP registrations and patient enrolment per regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and supply chain teams.
• Process sales orders in ERP for billing.
• Coordinate logistics with warehouse for picking/packing/shipping; ensure proper documentation.
• Book couriers; manage shipments and temperature-controlled storage.
• Generate client reports on program metrics and track orders; assist with invoicing and cost updates.
• Reconcile overdue accounts with Finance; support payment collection.
• Provide administrative and project support as required.
