Job summary

Uniphar in Dublin is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive for a 12-month fixed-term, on-site role. You will support the transition to a new ERP system, generate KPI reports, and work with the Key Account Manager on IT projects for principals.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment within the Irish healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Management (≥2 years) as part of a business role.
• Advanced PC skills in Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the Irish healthcare system.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports from two ERP systems and support KPI reporting daily, weekly and monthly.
• Assist the transition to the new ERP system in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
• Provide data analysis to principals and collate data from internal and external sources.
• Support IT projects and ensure data accuracy across reporting.
• Collaborate with other functions to gather data and deliver timely insights.
