Job summary

Tp-8f723eaf is seeking a Vice President of Delivery in Dublin to oversee multiple contact centre sites with full P&L responsibility. Travel may be required. The role demands strategic leadership, strong communication, and a focus on delivering performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

The position reports to senior leadership and requires guiding the cluster to achieve revenue, margin and service targets while ensuring a safe and engaging workplace for staff across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a call centre or business related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery across a cluster of contact centre sites.
• Be fully accountable for performance areas across the cluster, including financial metrics and client KPIs.
• Deliver revenue, gross margin, profit and service quality targets as defined by the business.
• Maintain regular performance reporting and client-facing reviews.
• Ensure health, safety and a positive working environment across sites.
• Drive leadership and coaching across CCMs, team leaders and agents.
• Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement across the cluster.
